while chatting with friends or other users.

 Sound not working?

Be assured that your sound device is up to date

and that your sound  has not been disabled. Also 

check to make sure your volume is up.

still not working?  check to see if your Windows is 

up-to-date. Still having problem? You may need to seek

Professional help or use "Google" to help solve your problem.

Radio not working?

So you tried your sound and your sound is working

however the radio is not wanting to play?

This is due by having flash disabled or 

not installed. You will need to enable or

install Flash Player.  Windows 10 already has Flash Player

Installed.  Make sure that your PC is up to date and that

your drivers are up to date as well.

 

 

Enable Flash Player for Chrome.

Step 1.  Click on the symbol that has the ! in the circle

where it says Flash (Ask Default) change it to Always Allowed. (Refresh Page)

 

Still don't see it than try the next step.

Step 2.  Go to settings > Privacy and Security > Content Settings > Flash Player

You may need to add the site to the exception list by

clicking on the "Add" button.

 

                                                                                   

 

                                                                                       Radio should be working and playing.
